Shipping 

Most items are made to order and will ship within 5-7 days. Of course I work to have them ship out sooner. Your purchase will ship out through USPS. 

 

Returns and Exchanges

It is really important to me that you love your bag. Please reach out to me if you have any concerns, I know the challenges of purchasing online when you can't pick up and hold the bag.

If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. I will work with you to resolve any issues. Refunds and exchanges will be on a case by case basis.

Buyer is responsible for the shipping fees on returned items or exchanges.  Items must be shipped back in the condition in which they were received.
